This is a scene from Final Fantasy X-2: Last Mission.
It was only released in Japan and takes place 3 months after Final Fantasy X-2. All three of the girls receive an anonymous message leading them to a mysterious tower promising something “special” once they reach the top. They decide to go through the tower as their last mission together.
This scene is probably the only time ever you will see Rikku and Yuna fight and it’s just a must watch scene in general if you like Final Fantasy X.
